NicoB Persona 5 Contest Entry

It's finally finished! I'm so happy I was able to finish this within the deadline and be a part of this contest!

If you're a regular follower of mine, then you'll definitely notice this looks a bit different from my usual work. I really wanted to mimic Persona 5's art style to the best of my ability so that it really felt like Nico was a part of the game. I decided to put Nico in the place of Akira, or the protagonist, so that you could easily imagine a universe where Nico Bizzle is the leader of the Phantom Thieves. 

As for his costume, at first I wanted to make him wear tuxedo to resemble a penguin, but after doing some thinking I decided to do a mixture of a few different things. I tried to make his costume not only look classy like a suit but also a bit rustic like an adventurer with the addition of a belt, rolled up sleeves, gloves, and boots. In order to incorporate the Picky Penguins as I originally intended, I added details on the shoulders and collar to look like feathers, and to top it all off, a penguin inspired mask. 

Well, all in all, while I watch nearly all of Nico's videos, I haven't been as much of an active commenter as I used to be. That's why I'm so glad that Nico decided to hold a contest like this! This way I'm able to give back to the community I've been a part of for all these years and let him know that I'm still a faithful Picky Penguin!
